Controlled all aspects of benefit planning, from enrollment and selection to contribution updates, QDROs, loans, SPDs, Form 5500 filings, and non-discrimination testing. Proactively managed dealings with union contacts and business agents to ensure a positive relationship and balance of priorities. Advised union members on benefit eligibility and coverage and attended contract negotiations.
