As part of the Executive Management Team, reported directly to the CEO. As first and sole HR professional in company history, spearheaded all facets of HR operations and initiatives, from benefits, compliance, compensation, and payroll – to employee-focused areas including staffing and performance management. Served as corporate liaison between executive team and the Board of Directors. Directed administrative functions and responded to and resolved issues.
