Daily Duties at Cisco Systems:
Represented Customer Advocacy on the Corporate Acquisition Team. Integrated 29 acquired companies into Cisco’s Quote-to-Cash system and processes. Selected & implemented the outsourcer for order entry. Managed a 22-member team tasked with order management for all customers on the East Coast. Developed and tracked annual business plan for the East Coast Customer Service Organization. Managed day-to-day operations and performance metrics by partnering with CSRs, customers, sales associates, manufacturing and finance to improve customer satisfaction. Handled escalations related to credit, order & delivery issues
