Daily Duties at Cisco Systems:
Worked closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize customer satisfaction issues, from individual contributors to senior-level management. Worked with external Customer Satisfaction vendor on delivery & data collection of department Customer Satisfaction survey. Developed and implemented a prioritization processes for a $40M IT budget. Originated quarter-end system and process improvements that were later implemented as Manager.
