Demonstrated flexibility and critical thinking skills as well as complex tasks of critically ill patients with advanced disease. Floated to 8 ICU units, each with specialty issues requiring advanced skills. Also was float nurse to all the floors in the hospital and competent to work independently alongside highly skilled nurses in their respective specialty areas.
