Daily Duties at Gambro Bct:

Responsible for managing leadership and organizational development processes for this Swedish-owned medical device company, with sales of $300M annually in 90 countries. Aligned Gambro’s culture and business strategy to ensure the organization was developing its leaders to meet double-digit growth goals. Served as consultant to the leadership team on corporate culture, talent management, employee development and facilitating cross-functional teamwork. • Embedded leadership competencies for 100 global leaders including technical team leads as well as first, middle and executive level leaders. Facilitated the design, development and initial implementation phases of the project. • Consolidated from three Performance Appraisal forms to one global tool that included an interactive learning program. Created a train-the-trainer format for leaders to teach their managers; partnered with international Human Resources to align the entire performance management system. • Set the stage for a major change in marketplace strategy by integrating a Culture & Branding effort that reached 1200 international employees; coached the executive team on cultural change.
