Daily Duties at Baxa Corporation:
• Built coaching into our associate development focused culture in support of talent management and leadership development strategies. • Provide executive coaching to key Vice Presidents and Directors on onboarding, training, talent evaluation and organizational development. • Consult with key leaders and teams to accelerate their development and achieve positive and sustainable results. Impact our five product line teams’ ability to work collaboratively cross-functionally. Led high performance team efforts in multiple areas (product development, sales, marketing, manufacturing) with training, coaching and facilitation of sessions. • Responsible for creation and implementation of an annual management development program, key leader development program and a companywide engagement survey process. • Manage the design and continuous improvement of key people processes, i.e., onboarding and orientation, associate development for hourly and salaried, consulting on functional training efforts in Quality, Sales, Product Management, etc. • Co-led the initial effort to align all functional and Quality training processes within a Learning Management System.
