Daily Duties at Pharmaceutics International, Inc.:
• Created robust systems through, writing reviewing and approving standard operation procedures (SOPs) • Reduced compliance risks through investigation of processing discrepancies and product attribute trends, including customer complaints • Increased safety, performance and reduced cGMP issues by working directly with production personnel to address floor observations and documentation issues as they arose • Selected to update and maintain the Quality Assurance training program • Special projects included the creation of the supplier risk program, establishing the automated CAPA system, retooling the customer complaint system, risk management assessment of investigations, and data gathering for regulatory reporting • Successfully manages and performs all on-site quality system audits of suppliers • Manages and performs the internal audit program • Written SOPs for the internal audit program, suppliers risk management and quality assurance training program • Ensured cGMP compliance by monitoring daily operations of production and addressing issues in real time • Increase capacity by collaborating with stakeholders in all departments to improve internal procedures and documentation • Possesses strong communication and problem solving skills • Possess excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
