It provided employees with one semester of MBA credit o Collaborated with external consultants (Profiles XT, Waco TX; Predictive Index Consultants, Wellesley Hills, MA) to identify corporate talent benchmarks o Designed custom templates to facilitate career planning and support executive coaching sessions for member of the “Rising Star” talent pool o Applied Hay Group benchmarks to conduct competency mapping exercises that resulted in customized development plans and success profiles for senior managers o Provided workshops on:  Performance coaching: vendor-provided content  Career planning: Internally-developed content  Employee development: MBTI, Harvard Business Management Mentor Modules Recruitment Assistant Manager o Developed innovative strategies to efficiently manage the candidate assessment process o Managed a team involved in pre-hire assessment testing to identify potential candidates o Trained direct reports on assessment best practices o Worked with senior management to define competencies and job requirements for vacant positions o Implemented recruitment processes including reviewing applications, conducting competency interviews, and compiling candidate recommendations to senior management o Provided feedback to new hires using Occupational Personality Questionnaire 32 (OPQ32) outputs o Partnered with service providers to identify training needs for new hires
