Served as Geologist and Environmental Consultant for UNOCAL, oversaw 20 retail gas station locations and total budgets up to $1M. Conducted investigations to obtain geological data for the planning, design, and construction of soil borings, monitoring wells, soil vapor extraction wells, and air sparging wells. Oversaw subcontractors during drilling, soil excavation, and other field work. Completed site conceptual models, work plans, and groundwater monitoring and sampling reports. Completed numerous maps, boring logs, and cross sections. Provided project management oversight for multiple projects and site work coordination with regulators, agencies, clients, and subcontractors.
