Led teams of skilled personnel in drilling, soil excavation, and fieldwork. Determined locations of wells, borings, designed construction, drilling, and installation activities. Managed subcontractor relationships from bid to project completion. Served as Consultant/Compliance Advisor for ConocoPhillips for gas station sites and bulk plants regarding environmental regulatory compliance, budgets, reports, maps, and data management in GeoTracker and LiveLink.
