Daily Duties at Integrity Commercial Cleaning Services:
Responsible for making cold calls, closing new business, providing customer service to existing customers and managing Contractors. Monthly visits to existing customers to do site checks and to address any cleaning issues. Responsible for making at least 10 physical calls per day. Meeting with different networking groups in order to expand business contacts. Managing 15-25 independant cleaning contractors. Preparing and submitting proposals and selling our valued added service to prospective new clients. Responsible for puchasing cleaning supplies and equipment and training contractors.
