Daily Duties at Bmw Constructors Inc:
• Responsible for directing the preparation of invoicing and accounts receivable collection according to contract specifications, responding to customer questions in a timely basis to insure expedited cash flow and to increase customer satisfaction. • Managed the on-site Accounting and Financial processes and procedures for BMW’s largest construction projects (one over $100 million). • Supervised and coordinated the workflow for our accountants to insure that deadlines were achieved, supervising up to 8 accountants at a time. • Supervised the processing of payroll and responsible for resolving issues. • Provided P&L statements, management reports, account analysis, budget comparisons, costs forecasts, and ad hoc reports for BMW’s Senior Management to indicate the health and status of the project. • Reviewed client contracts for billing specifications and other requirements. Instrumental in the set up and maintenance of the coding and cost structure of the construction projects. • Coordinated the activity of other departments to insure a more effective and efficient use of company resources.
