Act as financial consultant through customer interview process designed to uncover needs. Sales/opening of New Account and Loan products, referrals, customer follow-up and retention. Marketing and promotion for all bank campaigns. Superior customer service, address all customer concerns and maintain a pleasant banking environment. Perform all teller duties; Keep a high level of responsibility regarding cash, customer accounts and confidentiality.
