Daily Duties at Mci/Worldcom Telecommunication:
Responsible for selling voice, data and internet services to goverment, commercial and enterprise level customers. Also responsible retaining customer revenues through contract renewals. Responsible for working very closely with my 12 accounts becoming knowledgable with all aspects of their business in order to uncover addtional services that might help companies business operate more efficently. Leading my account team in having quarterly account reviews with customer. Responsible for increasing customer revenue spent by at least 10% year over year.
