Daily Duties at Garden Ridge, Inc. :
Project Manager, responsible for business analysis, design, development and implementation of enterprise systems for the corporate office. Implemented a new warehouse management and distribution system while designing the retail modules for a new Financial and Merchandising system. Responsible for completely replacing the corporate systems for Finance, Merchandising, Sales Audit and Inventory control. Implemented a Data Warehousing system to integrate with the Merchandising and Inventory systems. Manage this entire project, from gathering user requirements through development, testing, conversion and implementation.
