Daily Duties at Bmc Software:

Product line manager and subject matter expert in the development of a new product for Service Level Management. Led a team of 20 (9 developers reporting directly) from product inception to production. Managed the development of a second new product for End to End Response Time monitoring for Web and Windows client based applications. Managed an extended team of 25 (7 developers reporting directly) using Phased Management standards and incorporating RAD concepts in the Project Management.
