Daily Duties at Genentech Corporation:
responsible for investigations associated with commercial production of 5 biotechnology drug products. This included performing root cause analysis as a process consultant by leading cross functional teams. In addition, I was responsible for investigation technical reports to conform to FDA and European Regulations associated with biologic products. Other responsibilities included Quality Assurance single point of contact for maintenance and utility areas which included oversight and decision making for all issues, equipment failures and continuous improvement projects. Investigation oversight included Fermentation areas and maintenance systems. Technical investigations included contaminations, extraneous material, equipment/automation failures, utility systems (WFI water, Clean steam, Process Air)
