Currently, I budget, plan and oversee five departments as well as market and sell my programs, hire and train staff, fundraise and distribute scholarships in financial assistance and maintain paperwork for Department of Education and Department of Health. I regulary observe teaching staff, scheduling in mutiple departments, attend and particpate in monthly UPK Director meetings, as well as work with the Senior Team at the Ridgewood Y and sit on the YMCA of Greater NY's Early Childhood Cabinet.
