(Contract's outline, policies and procedures, ethics in client-facing, possible recruitment, use of client's communication tools, and most importantly, the information demanded from the client) • Audited and reconciled U.S. Government leased and owned real estate inventory for GSA; Traveled to audit and review files for GSA in various locations across the United States • Audited files for 100% accuracy by reviewing, identifying errors and drafting corrective actions to make system updates into the client's system for tracking and administering property and their appraisal data system • Assisted with creating a procedure handout for the Process of Reviewing an Owned and Lease File
