Daily Duties at Science Applications International Corporation (Saic) :
• Support NAVSEA Deputy Program Manager and Program BFM on budgeting program finances • Compiled and reviewed the NAVSEA ERP Monthly budget with Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager. • Develop and generate monthly status reports (MSRs) and access financial information from Standard Tracking and Reporting System (STARS) HCM, AUTODOCs and PRISMs • Responsible for the upkeep of the Joint Cost Assessment (JCA) model • Point of contact to work with the EPO, N40, SEA04, and SEA05C to make changes to the JCA model to support FMB questions along with addressing the costs associated with the Naval Ship Yards • Work with the EPO to develop "what-if" drills with the JCA model to support ERP program with FTEs and resources • Developed Flag Officer level briefs for the Commander and Vice Commander of Naval Sea Systems Command • Coordinated and supported meetings and briefings such as In Process Reviews (IPR's) to report status, progress and issues which increased communication with the NAVSEA ERP Program Office (EPO) leads, subject matter experts and other stakeholders • Developed draft master schedule for the Warfare Centers
