• Financial statement preparation, general ledger, journal entries, job costing, year/month end closing. • A/P, A/R, P/R, budgets, customer service, scheduling, construction loan draws, preliminary notices and construction lien releases, banking relations, bank reconciliations, income tax preparation, and full charge bookkeeping. • Distribution and collection of bids, start orders and purchase orders, problem investigations. • Pulling construction permits with the City. Meeting with inspectors. • Human relations, phones, purchasing. • Payroll taxes, sales taxes, insurance and tax audits.
