Daily Duties at Diamond Door And Trim:
• Full charge Controller, in charge of Accounts Receivables, AIA billing, collections, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Cash management and forecasting, all accounting functions and financial statements. Prepare all financial reports for management and the parent company. Supervising a staff of 3. • Main interface with the external auditors on financial and tax matters. • Over the past 2 years, assisted with the downsizing of the company caused by the economic downturn in Arizona. This has resulted in my taking on new responsibilities in purchasing, sales, customer service, and human resources
