I was responsible for three ongoing projects: GSK3b, Lipoic acid synthase, and new second generation targets. I was expected to increase company’s visibility at medical meetings through oral and poster presentations and identify and validate novel drug targets to fulfill the company’s mission. Thus, a battery of methods and protocols were carried out such as western blotting, viral gene expression, tissue culture, Protein/DNA/RNA isolation and purification, PCR, ELISA, anti-sense treatments, overexpression, time-course treatments, animal experiments, while using the appropriate equipment and statistical analysis of data.
