Daily Duties at Ikonl Ds:
Modify litigation support software load files to accommodate client requirements. Track and coordinate progress of projects to ensure timely completion and delivery. Produce required image formats using IPRO Tech Suite and Summation. Stage, discover, process, QC and export projects using IPRO eCapture software. Prepare and import load files into client litigation software. Develop training materials for Summation, Sanction, Trial Director and Concordance software. Provide consultative services to clients on use of their litigation software.
