Daily Duties at The Data Company:
Direct the scanning and coding department on projects. • Track quality and quantity of work performed and ensure the highest standards are maintained. Prepare detailed progress reports to executive level management. • Manage all department personnel and provide annual evaluations and recommended salary increases. Provide training as necessary to ensure personnel are knowledgeable in software utilization.
