Daily Duties at Ampac Enterprise (Unisem):

1) Account manager for 16 accounts overseeing 33 million dollars worth of business by email and phone and in person. 2) Keeping the factory in Malaysia up on everything I was doing in the U.S. 3) Generating new accounts in the United States and identifying future business abroad to become a multi national east coast office. 4) Put together marketing information by putting together a powerpoint presentation to cater to each customers needs. Than I presented the material in person or on the phone by mailing the information previously to the customer. 5) found 109 potential new customer accounts by searching the internet and phone books across the country. 6) Did the feasibility study of opening an office in Europe to determine where to put our next office. 7) Meet with customers on person and phone with follow up emails to determine tooling up new packages for their future needs. 8) Use a new customer data base to enter the progression in which the account is coming a long 9) Meet with upper management of company's weekly to make key sales decisions for Unisem. 10) go to board meetings to find out everything that is happening in the company. 11) learn about the Chinese culture because we also had an office in China and most of upper management was Chinese. 12) Send electrical wiring diagrams to and from the customer and to the factory. 13) monitor a work in progress report from the factory to make sure that nothing of our customers product was getting held up at the factory at any of it stages it goes through. This ensure we were delivering the best door to door time in the industry. 14) Solve any problems with the factory we are having by calling the factory in Malaysia in the evening when the key people were there to resolve the problems.
