Daily Duties at The Garland Company:

My responsibility is to develop short-term and long-term relationships with the key decisions makers of facilities, government official, institutions, and private corporations to sell the products the company manufactures. Perform evaluations and provide an expert analysis of the problem. I would provide documents to the owner for solutions with reports and budget analysis. I would finalize the bidding process with contractor through specifications writing, meeting, bidding processes, contract procurement, job project managing, product scheduling, and final close out punch list.
