Daily Duties at Avera Health:

• Assisted with budget reconciliation. Developed excel spreadsheet to track all budget categories. • Coordinate, develop and implement marketing activities related to the promotion of GPTRAC, telehealth, telecommunication, distance learning, sensory technology and other related services. Secured and participated in local, regional and national events by exhibiting and/or presenting to attendees. • Coordinate annual educational event; developing agendas, securing presenters, coordinating itineraries, negotiated venue and food, planned budget and handled all on-site technical and presenter support. • Coordinated correspondence, requests and information related to grant activities: track mail, handled acknowledgements and respond to requests. Organize and facilitate GPTRAC internal and external meetings. Coordinate and support grant partners in 5 state region. • Provide training and technical support through different medias. Identify and implement program enhancements. • Identify, track, monitor and communicate on project related issues to the federal government. Review evaluation terms and maintain compliance with grant protocols.
