Daily Duties at Good Samaritan Society Home Care:
• Accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and payroll. • Screened and interviewed new hires. Processed background checks and drug screens. Coordinated and conducted orientation session. Monitored employee files compliance. Audited employee files to update incomplete and missing paperwork in a timely manner. Management of volunteers including task delegation and scheduling. • Work directly with clients answering billing questions, enrolling new clients and providing hands-on care. • Install and support sensory equipment in client homes; including training client how to use equipment. • Participated in quality performance, conformance with organization policies and procedures and customer service. Identified new processes to enhance program success.
