Daily Duties at Trugreen:

1) Go out in the field and bid lawns, and shrub treatments as well as our seeding service.2) Answer customers questions about product, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms. 3) recommend products to customers based on customers, bases on customers needs and interest. 4) Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders. 5) Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery date. 6) Consult with clients or contract signing in order to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support. 7) Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and compettitors' product prices and sales 8) Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be meet by specific products and services. 9) Quote prices, credit terms and other bid specifications. 10) Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements. 11) Maintain customer records through automated systems. 12) Prepare Sales contract for orders obtained, and submit orders for processing.
