Daily Duties at Idea Servcom:
Installation and maintenance of complex Client Server and applications software technologies. Ensure operational integrity of customer systems and equipment. Instruct the customer on the hardware operation and customer maintenance responsibilities on the equipment. Interface with OEM vendors to facilitate repairs. Serve as the company liaison with the customer on technical projects insuring satisfactory status of work requests.
