Daily Duties at Kawasaki Rail Car Company Inc. :
Oversaw and performed final quality system inspections, performance testing and safety testing during the manufacturing process of MTA and NYC-TA rail cars before shipping for on the track testing including QA/QC inspection and safety testing of transmission and distribution systems, propulsion, lighting, communication, heating and cooling systems. Performed final systems qualification, inspection and safety testing in conjunction with MTA inspectors, and submitted all results to the MTA. Identified and repaired various system faults during manufacture and inspection before final system testing.
