Oversaw Quality Assurance, submission process and safety testing for various transmission and distribution systems, electronic and mechanical construction projects for New York City Transit/ MTA-CC security systems projects including documenting and submitting all quality assurance and safety records of all test oversight/witnessing and reporting results to the Lockheed Martin quality assurance office as well as MTA Capital Construction. Tests include wire conductivity and safety, cable pulling, fiber optic cable splicing and testing, equipment installation and safety test performance, concrete, fire systems, water line pressurization and delivery Verification. Verify that all tests conducted comply with established submission and document processes, assure test results are documented and submitted, and all test reports reflects the actual performance and outcome of the testing. Verify any test equipment that requires calibration complies with calibration and safety requirements and assure all corporate and personnel certifications and licenses are valid and have been submitted for approval. Verify the proper manufacture and delivery of all required products and systems, from submission of specifications and first article samples through observation and certification of final product delivery, including performing factory visits and audits. Developed, wrote and submitted all corrective action reports when there was non-compliance and/ or non –conformance with established ISO-9001 Standards, Lockheed Martin established quality assurance controls and practices, or customer specifications.
