Manage all corporate facilities nationwide, four locations with nearly 300,000 square feet of office space. Responsible for space analysis, forecasting, construction, moves, maintenance and repair, security, life safety and emergency response teams. Manage the corporate procurement department, with over 80 million in annual spend.Manage shared services team of 13 employees providing internal support services.
