Daily Duties at Hearth& Home Technologies:
Responsible for production support creating product lines and processes for new products. Responsible for design and layout of assembly line machines and fixtures. Performed leadership role in over 20 week-long continuous improvement events (RCI’s) to improve product, processes and equipment for plant-wide cost savings and improvement. Expertise extended to paint lines, turret presses, press brakes, welding equipment
