Daily Duties at Hearth& Home Technologies:
Responsible for product development project support for New Business Ventures Business Unit. Supported product lines including ventilation, central vacuum, outdoor fireplaces, grills, gas lamps, outdoor living room components and the FreshAir Fireplace. Lead engineering resource for the FreshAir Fireplace development which won a Vesta Award in 2004 for new product, and also won an HTI Innovation Award. Performed performance testing & created test programs for new innovative products. Interfaced with U.L., CSA and outside consultants for certification testing of all product lines.
