-Administer procedures and guidelines for start-up Annuity department. -Review legal documents received for New Business and Customer Service departments. -Responsible for resolving daily compliance issues as requested by department analysts. -Train new employees and familiarized them with deferred annuity products. -Maintain suspense and accounting entries for team -Ensure that quality assurance was performed on all transactions including withdrawals, contract changes and correspondence. -Create, design, and analyze special project surveys -Interview prospective candidates for department job openings. -Work on special assignments including 1099R tax issues, 5498s and other complex assignments that required senior experience.
