Daily Duties at Hearth& Home Technologies:

Reporting to the Vice President of Retail Development, responsible for the construction of Fireside Hearth & Home retail locations in Chicago, IL. Daily project management of construction vendors to ensure effective construction outsourcing - responsibilities included developing and tracking progress milestones, ensuring budget adherence and providing technical guidance. Responsible for managing bid process and day to day management of contractors, vendors and process associated with planning, construction, maintenance and alterations of facilities. budget adherenceand provide technical guildance , responsible for managing biding process and day to day managment of contractors , vendors,and the process associated with planning ,construction,maintenance and alterations of facilities , managed a 1.5million dollar construction budget which came in under budget . Interfaced with desighners,architects,building owners,engineers,city inspectors,and contractors to ensure timely completion of sore openings. Managed $1.5 million construction budget and came in under budget. Interfaced with designers, architects, owners, engineers, city inspectors and contractors to ensure timely completion and store opening.
