Setup and operation of four Plastic injection molding machines and robotic loader/unloaders producing polypropalene and nylon air filter housings and related parts. Reduce machine downtime and costly mold repairs through extensive preventitive maintenance and cleaning. Submit samples to QC department for testing. Recycling waste materials to cut costs. Work with master planner/scheduler to prioritize schedule and ensure products are delivered to production line on time.
