Daily Duties at National Wholesale:

Managed a total of 12 employees. Led and mentored 5 buyers and one assistant in product development both domestic and direct import. Developed strategy with senior management to identify needs and resources for each catalog. Managed budgeting and merchandise plans to successfully meet all financial goals. Supervised 3 inventory control buyers to manage fill rates, back orders, cancellations, and overstocks. Supervised and worked closely with 3 employees in the Quality Assurance department to ensure fit and lower return rates. Worked with Advertising department to develop catalog layouts, photography and copy. Worked with the Marketing department to build a strong eCommerce business. Approved invoices from freight forwarder breaking the duties down by purchase order for accounting. Responsible for drawing the graphic page analysis to ensure accurate space by style in the catalog
