Daily Duties at Merial:

Provide and ensure responsive customer focused support for internal and external customers promoting customer confidence in Merial products and services. Ensure 100% compliance with Merial Corporate requirements. Provide process improvements and feedback regarding issues and trends. Provide an accurate and thorough description, and wrap up for each customer call received. Meet quality standards for resolving customer complaints. Held accountable for maintaining the department Service Level. Effectively offer additional products and service items when appropriate to help reduce the customers effort in placing an additional call for these products later.
