Daily Duties at High Point University:

-Worked in conjunction with the IT Director in the evaluation of skills and technical capacity of employees to define and implement structure to the support process as well as to classify responsibilities and enforce accountability for IT personnel -Ensured that all equipment was operational while guiding student workers and closely monitoring all computer laboratory activities -Educated the faculty and staff on the use of new technologies -Reinforce technology policies and training by producing documentation published the University’s intranet
