Daily Duties at Ltiboyd:
Developed the operational objectives of a dynamic manufacturing organization and was responsible for complete facility P&L with objectives tied to annual business plans. Exceeded plan EBIT numbers 10 of 12 years earning substantial profits for the company. Directed all technical aspects of the manufacturing life cycle, including finance, production, estimating, quality assurance, R&D, and engineering. Analyzed business plan objectives; prepared forecasts for manufacturing, personnel, facilities, and equipment needs based on operational and sales requirements. Developed budgetary and capital requirements for operations and facilities management. Implemented system level Lean Manufacturing, SMED and 5S principles.
