Daily Duties at Robert Half International:
Level 2 support of software, VPN, handhelds and network issues for users in and out of the country using SMS, Remote Desktop, NetMeeting & VPN. Worked within Active Directory to create users, check permissions, unlock accounts, reset passwords, update information, create computer accounts, add users and mailboxes. Hardware & PC installations, setups. Hardware repairs and upgrades as needed Created backup images of PC’s. Re-imaged and restored data to computers using Ghost Vers. 11. Remote installs of programs, changing of permissions and troubleshooting systems using SMS & NetMeeting and backdoor connectivity. Maintained backups of servers, tape logging, file restore & requests, changes, and maintenance of tape library using Backup Exec 9.1 & 10.d and 11. Sent out daily status report of all servers to Executives. Managed and created E-Copy servers. Maintained the scanners operability within N/W printers. Created documentation of program usage for users. Worked within CompuCom (used to be Remedy) ticketing system Worked with users troubleshooting Blackberry’s, laptops and remote connectivity. On call every 3rd week for international issues using Blackberry, telephone communications, VPN software and email.
