Main responsibility was cash flow. I would see what our overhead costs would be and what expenditures we would have coming and implement a plan depending on accounts receivable. Work closely with operations manager on scheduling and payroll costs to increase efficiency and streamline workforce. Keep good vendor relations. Track budgets on projects to help hit target profit margins.
