Recruited individuals into the U.S. Navy and Naval Reserve. Possessed expertise in recruiting techniques and knowledge of recruiting textbooks and Navy enlistment programs and policies. Communicated and related effectively with prospects, groups and the community. I was responsible for a monthly market analysis for the North Eastern quadrant of the state of IL. I was tasked by myself to ensure that I was managing my time correctly in order to follow the monthly requirements that were needed in order to make my goals
