State Manager ¬Managed all work for ELM in Florida. Duties included but not limited to: • ¬Conducted both hiring and termination decisions • Routed work to each locator • checking and verifying all routes and quality of work performed • Met with customers each month to review the previous months work, Presented Power Points of any changes in laws with Sunshine State One Call • Checked and approved all Payroll for Florida employees • Handled all incoming calls from customers, contractors and homeowners and settled any conflicts • Kept track of and ordered any supplies needed to complete locates • Delegated projects • Kept a clear log of any and all maintenance done on work equipment and vehicles • Maintained an accurate inventory of company equipment and computer • Made sure all prints were up to date • In charge of insuring all copies of paperwork were faxed to cooperate in a timely manner; Including raises, reviews, new hires and terminations • Worked with the Regional Manager with bidding for new contracts and renewals of existing contracts • Present for any and all Meetings concerning the Utility field ¬
