Daily Duties at Usic:
¬¬Transitioned to USIC after the purchase of three states from ELM Locating. Assisted all locators in a smooth and easy transition between the two companies. Due to a second buy out in 2011, the company merged with another locating company bringing its own management team, resulting in many lay-offs across the state due to not enough room for all employees ¬ • ¬Overseen 5 Counties of locators with multiple utilities • ¬Performed Monthly Locator Evaluations • ¬Maintained Safety Audits • ¬¬Investigated Damages in designated work areas • ¬Kept track of maintenance on equipment and vehicles • ¬Maintained great moral with crew • ¬¬Attended Monthly Utility Meetings ¬ ¬
