Responsible for the welfare, mentoring, counseling, and discipline of Airmen in technical training. Conducted training and briefings for assigned personnel and leadership. Prepared and maintained schedules for 60 personnel working 24 hour shifts and created essential reports and records pertaining to assigned personnel.
